I’ve lost right at 30 pounds since October 1. I feel great. My inflammation and joint pain is practically gone. My sleep has always been good, but I feel like I’m go into a deeper sleep lately. My energy level has improved. I’m still dealing with a chronic skin issue but I feel like it will resolve. Betr has given me the tools and ambition to take care of myself long term so I can enjoy retirement and life.
