We have several educational calls for you to attend throughout the program to make you successful and get you in touch with other Betr members!
Tuesday Night Live with Dr. Ferro
Every Tuesday Night at 9 pm, you have the opportunity to speak with Betr Founder and CEO Dr. William Ferro. It is vital that you listen to one before you start day 1.
These weekly group calls are a great time to tap into Dr. Ferro's knowledge and passion. You'll hear other Betr members' journeys and successes.
There are even opportunities to ask Dr. Ferro questions and learn from his long experience in developing and sharing the Betr program with members like you!

Level 1 Group Call
On this call, you will...

Meal Planning Group Call
We recommend registering for your Meal Planning call the weekend before your start date. We calls on Friday and Saturday. You can register for the call here.
Head Coach Office Hours
Join our Head Coach Office Hour Zoom Group Call available Monday and Wednesday. This office hour is open to anyone that may have questions regarding the protocol or is struggling in any way. We will do our best to ease your concerns! Register here.
Level 2 Call
Prepare for your transition to Level 2. Explore expanded food options, reintroduction of new foods, and determine food sensitivities.
On this call, you will...
- Learn about food sensitivities and reintroductions.
- Review how to make your own level 2 plan.
- Review Betr's troubleshooting tips.
- Fine-tune the Betr protocol to help achieve your goals.
- Be able to ask a Head Coach questions!
What now?
- Write a list of what foods you want to add back!
- Weave your favorite form of exercise into your week
- Keep logging your health data! Logs are the best way to track how your body reacts to the new add-ins
- Continue to log your health data, this will help you figure out if the changes are helping
- Listen to your body!
