The adrenal cocktail is a short-term solution to help calm and nourish the adrenal glands. When adrenals fire, symptoms may include nighttime cravings, waking up during the night, and challenges with restful sleep during the night. Combining the sweet and salty ingredients in the cocktail helps nourish the glands. It has a cumulative effect and should be taken for at least two weeks until the food therapy used during level 1 calms the adrenal glands and symptoms disappear. Take at night an hour before bedtime and optionally in the morning if symptoms have not improved after several days.
