This is a simple yet great recipe for anti inflammatory tea. I also add a cinnamon tea bag at times and a flavored green tea. In addition I always add apple cider vinegar with the “mother” to every pitcher I make. I enjoy it hot and store any remaining beverage in the refrigerator.

This tea is great but i prefer to leave out the lemon. Next time ill add a bag of green tea.

I was surprised by the low star rating as this tea is both refreshing and comforting at the same time. I used fresh ginger and turmeric and also a cinnamon stick instead of the powder which maybe made a difference, but this will be a go-to drink for me
