The first time I tried betr I think I didn’t follow the recipe carefully enough, this time it turned out so much better, no pun intended.

Cut the salt to 1tsp. Then add if you like it saltier. I added a teaspoon of honey and that cut the salt with just a tad more vinegar.

I was skeptical about the recipe flavor, but I was pleasantly surprised that it’s delicious. I’m making another batch of the dressing again. Don’t hesitate to give it a try!
