Kathryn Loses 25+ Pounds and Feels Less Stress with Betr!

Like most adults, Kathryn spends her weeks working full-time in a high-stress environment. She is the Director of Events at the Boys and Girls Club of Mid Central Coast in Orcutt, California. While most of her work is sedentary, at the events she plans she spends long hours on her feet.
Both of these environments require a lot of mental and physical energy to get through the day. Prior to joining Betr Health, Kathryn struggled with her weight and was at high risk for type 2 diabetes. “I’ve been overweight most of my adult life, I have tried everything,” she says.
