Convenient foods to take with you!

Here are some recommendations to help when traveling or eating on the go. These foods are easy to carry and will stay fresh in an insulated lunch bag. 

Hemp Seeds – are a great source of protein and are easy to carry. Eat 2-3 TBS raw, sprinkle them over a salad or even dip fruits like orange or apples in them.

Chia Seeds 2-3 TBS.  You can add them to your dressing and then pour over a salad, drink them in water with fresh lemon or Lyte-Up. Another great source of protein and fiber.

Hard-boiled egg whites (3 is a full protein) rolled in cracked black pepper to have with sliced apples.

Foods that are easy to pack in an insulated lunch bag are a bag of frozen raw shelled edamame – they keep other foods cold as they thaw, small cucumbers, peppers, cherry tomato, celery and fennel also travel well and are packed with fiber that help keep you full.

Cracked black pepper and Himalayan sea salt in little pill bags so you can take some spices with you on the go.
