Ingredients
- 1 lb organic grass fed extra lean beef steak Tenderloin or top sirloin.
- 1 red bell pepper Sliced.
- 1 green bell pepper Sliced.
- ½ large onion Sliced.
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne Optional.
- ½ cup Betr Protein Guac Level 2 Day 14 and onward.
You dont technically need any specific ingredient amounts because you can tailor it to however much you eat. Enjoy!
Instructions
- Cut beef into ¼ inch thick strips. Pre-heat skillet, and cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until slightly pink.
- In a separate pan, saute the peppers and sliced onions with seasonings until they are cooked but still slightly firm.
- Lay out the steak strips and place the cooked veggies perpendicular on them. Then, roll up the steak, and use a toothpick to secure.
- I you have successfully reintroduced avocados, top with Betr Protein Guac.
