Ingredients
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup liquid aminos
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp dried parsley flakes
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp garlic powder (or 1-2 cloves fresh garlic - minced)
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 5 chicken breasts organic, boneless, skinless
Instructions
- Whisk vinegar, aminos, and oil together with all the seasonings and pour into a large ziplock bag.
- Add chicken breasts to the bag, seal, and massage to coat all chicken pieces evenly.
- Refrigerate overnight or at least for 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-low and lightly oil the grate.
- Drain chicken, discard marinade, and cook on grill - turning mid-way - until no longer pink in the center (4 to 5 minutes per side).
Notes
If desired, you can serve over greens with tomatoes on top for a chicken salad as shown in the photo.

Marinade gave the chicken really great flavor. Easy to make. I marinaded for about four hours. Served with zucchini noodles and betr marinara sauce. Great dinner.
