Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Betr Whey
  • to taste coconut flake sprinkles See notes

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and PARTY LIKE IT'S YOR BIRTHDAY!

Notes

Homemade Coconut Flake Sprinkles
These are really easy to make. These natural food colorings don’t effect the taste but add extra fun to your dishes that your kids will enjoy making with you!
  • Purple
    • 1/4 cup hot water
    • 1 tsp. Maqui Berry Powder
    • = Makes a food purple coloring
    • Add 1 – 2 tsp. of the food coloring to 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
  • Yellow
    • 1/4 cup hot water
    • 1 tbsp. Turmeric
    • = Makes a food yellow coloring
    • Add 1 – 2 tsp. of the food coloring to 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
  • Pink / Red
    • 1/4 cup hot water
    • 1 Tbsp. Beet Powder = Makes a food red coloring
Add 1 – 2 tsp. of the food coloring to 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
Just experiment until you find the right color for your sprinkles. Have fun! And enjoy.
