Ingredients
- 16 oz Betr Homemade Healthy Salsa OR salsa - low sodium, no added sugar.
- 1 lb chicken breasts, tenders or thighs Skinless (frozen or thawed).
- 4 handful fresh organic spinach
- 3 each bell peppers Sliced.
- 1 each lime Sliced.
- to taste fresh cilantro Garnish.
Instructions
- Dump salsa and raw chicken in a Crock-pot.
- Cook on high for 3 hours, or low for 4 to 5 hours.
- Serve over a handful of spinach per plate.
- Garnish with fresh bell peppers, lime, and cilantro.
