Dijon Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 lemons Juiced.
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • ¾ tsp dried mustard substitute with 1 tbsp Whole Foods 365 brand organic dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp mixed seasonings (Trader Joe’s or Costco brand is good – no sugar)
  • 8 drops liquid stevia
  • to taste fresh herbs such as basil Optional. Minced.

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a covered jar or container and shake to mix well. Label with the date if you are storing in the refrigerator. Will keep up to two weeks.
