Egg Drop Soup

This recipe is a super fast and easy meal, perfect with a crunchy salad. Eating the raw green onions on top will boost your digestive powers, increasing your gut health which is essential to fat-burning and long-term health!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups organic low sodium veggie broth
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp liquid aminos Optional.
  • 1/4 cup green onion Chopped.

Instructions

  • Bring broth to a boil.
  • Drop in egg whites and liquid Aminos and stir.
  • The eggs will turn white and opaque when they are ready (3-5 minutes).
  • Top with green onion pieces. Enjoy!
