This amazing recipe was created by our wonderful member, Ashely Arnold! I have to tell you – it’s been a HUGE hit among friends! Ashley did an amazing job creating a recipe that people don’t even question if it’s “good for you” or “healthy.” It’s just “SUPER YUMMY!” And that’s exactly what we’re aiming for on level one! Great job, Ashley!

Surprisingly it’s more flavorful than I thought it would be. It’s my first time cooking with aminos and I think it’s a flavor I have to get use to. Other than that, it’s great
Cooked this with fresh shrimp. Very good and flavorful….adding some spices to kick up the heat a little
This is a solid recipe. Surprisingly flavorful and very versatile re: the main proteins.
This has absolutely become my “go-to” food! The worst thing about it is that I want to eat it every day!
Yummy!
Love this one! Add red chili pepper flakes for some spice!
I am very happy with how this whole program has worked so far I am down 15 pounds! sleeping better, My husband tells me how good the food smells and tastes. On level 2 day 2.
I tried this recipe during my first week. It was easy and delicious. Even my hubs, who is quite the chinese food conisour, loved it!!
Made this with baby bok choy extra pepper flakes and ginger super yummy!!
SO good!! To me and my hubby, it tastes just like italian sausage! haha!! I can mix a fair amount of it with a big salad and I don’t need dressing. We added a bunch of serranos for the spicy!
My favorite out of all the recipes that I have tried. I don’t have to miss the Asian taste of soy sauce(amino acids) and ginger!
This is really good very satisfying.
Recipe was a hit with my family. I used ground beef.
Probably one of my favorite recipes so far. It was a big hit with my family and I’m sure this will be in the regular menu rotation!
my husband is almost as picky an eater as I am, and he loved it. We made it with a few small modifications for L1W1D1- I added 2 egg whites for a little extra protein, and used bok choy instead of cabbage.
It’s delicious and easy to make
Yummy! The ginger smelled so good well cooking. Taste delicious. Usually don’t use beef but I went with the beef and it’s good.
Great made with lentils instead of beef.
This was delicious. So good I couldn’t skip a day for the leftovers and had them for lunch the next day. I stuffed this into hollowed out green bell peppers and the crunch moved this up a level.
My favorite dish so far, it is delicious. Thank you.
Add an egg for flavor and a low cost way to stretch this meal. Delicious meal.
I’m on day 8 of the program and thought I would try something different tonight. Wow! This is an amazing recipe and really hit the spot. Very tasty with the right amount of punch. I made it just as the recipe lists, adding one jalapeno and ate it over kale. Best recipe I have used yet!
Fabulous!
Made this with shrimp. It was amazing.
Ridiculously good! So versatile. Wrap in lettuce, eat in bell pepper cup, eat it straight – chicken, beef, turkey, I’m sure it could translate to a vegetarian option as well. Always a hit with everyone!
So good and so easy!
excellent!
Made it with chicken breast. Delicious added a little heat with sliced jalapeños
Loved the Eggroll in the bowl 👏🏻 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
First day in the app, tried this. All of my family liked it!
Yum. Good and Easy
Great flavors!! Very tasty
I added 1 diced jalapeno, used cilantro in place of parsley & it was delicious.
Our whole family enjoyed this. Definitely a repeat meal.
Very good! I didn’t think I’d like it. Good alternative to the same ole stuff
Easy, quick, and totally yummy!
Hands down one of the best recipes I’ve ever tried- Betr or otherwise!
Delicious and easy! Totally going to make this again
I am floored by how much I enjoyed this recipe. I was a little put off with the liquid aminos because I had never used or even heard of it before and the smell… well, let’s just say I was skeptical about liking it. When it all came together, the taste was fantastic. I boiled whole cabbage leaves and made wraps with a dipping sauce that I found online that used only Level 1 ingredients. It was a really, really good meal and was as good for left overs the next day. I will definitely be making this again.

Sorry about the last post I tried to put a picture there for you guys anyways very delicious very flavorful definitely going to make again!!
Used Tofu as the protein.
My vegetarian, non-plan participant husband & I both thought it was a keeper.
where do you find liquid amino acids? does the stevia leave an after taste like most sweet substitutes do?
You should be able to find liquid aminos at your local grocery store. Otherwise, it can be found on amazon! I personally can tell a difference between the taste of stevia and regular sugar, but have grown to prefer it! A little goes a long way, and I highly recommend the flavored liquid stevia drops 🙂
Wonderful!
This was super good! Quick and very satisfying
So delish and filling and Yummy
