Hummus Dressing

Ingredients

  • 15.5 oz chickpeas Also known as garbanzo beans.
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • to taste fresh garlic Minced. Optional.
  • to taste ground cumin Optional.

Instructions

  • Drain the can of chickpeas and combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Serve with cut veggies or on a salad.
