Immunity Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 package defrosted @bonafideprovisions chicken broth
  • 2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 2 heads bok choy
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 large handful of kale

Instructions

  • Heat coconut oil and sauté garlic, onion, and ginger on medium heat until soft.
  • Add in carrots and mushrooms and cook for 5 mins.
  • Stir in bone broth and bring to a boil- add in beans and bok choy.
  • Return to a simmer and add kale. Before serving, add sesame seeds, pink salt, and pepper!
