Immunity Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 package defrosted @bonafideprovisions chicken broth
- 2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 2 heads bok choy
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 large handful of kale
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil and sauté garlic, onion, and ginger on medium heat until soft.
- Add in carrots and mushrooms and cook for 5 mins.
- Stir in bone broth and bring to a boil- add in beans and bok choy.
- Return to a simmer and add kale. Before serving, add sesame seeds, pink salt, and pepper!
