Ingredients
- 1/8 cup braggs liquid aminos
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp fresh ginger Chopped.
- 1 english cucumber Spiralized.
- 1 cup edamame
- 2 tbsp scallions Diced.
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro Chopped.
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix aminos, lime juice, vinegar, and ginger, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine spiralized cucumber with other veggies.
- When ready to serve, drizzle dressing over salad and serve. Enjoy!
