Asian Cucumber Noodle Salad

  • 1/8 cup braggs liquid aminos
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ginger Chopped.
  • 1 english cucumber Spiralized.
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 2 tbsp scallions Diced.
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro Chopped.


  • In a small bowl mix aminos, lime juice, vinegar, and ginger, then set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine spiralized cucumber with other veggies.
  • When ready to serve, drizzle dressing over salad and serve. Enjoy!
