Ingredients
- 2 medium organic tomatoes Seeded and diced.
- ½ cup fresh or canned pineapple Drained and chopped into bite sized pieces.
- ½ cup red onion Diced
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro Stemmed and lightly minced.
- 4 tsp fresh jalapeno Minced.
- 1 Tbsp lime juice Freshly squeezed.
- 1 pinch Himalayan pink sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium serving bowl and gently stir.
- Serve as a side dish or scooped over Betr Grilled Chicken #2.
