Ingredients
- 1 large red bell pepper Chopped.
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- ¼ cup peanuts
- 1 cup fresh cilantro Chopped.
- ½ cup green onion Chopped.
- ½ cup edamame beans
Sauce
- ¼ cup organic unsalted natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup warm water
- 3 Tbsp liquid aminos
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp raw organic honey
- ½ lime Juiced.
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients except sauce in a bowl and set aside.
- Put sauce ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add sauce to vegetables, toss to coat evenly, and serve.
