Pineapple Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup avocado oil
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup raw pineapple vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Ground Pepper
  • tsp Minced Fresh Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp raw organic honey
  • tsp Himalayan pink sea salt

Instructions

  • Simply combine ingredients in a tight lid mason jar and give it a good shake.

Notes

If you like spicy, substitute chili pepper vinegar for the raw pineapple vinegar.
For sweeteners, you can substitute 6 drops of liquid stevia for the honey.
For oils, extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil works well too.
This recipe plus 1 tbsp of Italian flat leaf parsley and 1 tsp of dried oregano make a delicious Italian dressing!
