Ingredients
- ¾ cup avocado oil
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup raw pineapple vinegar
- ¼ tsp Ground Pepper
- ⅛ tsp Minced Fresh Garlic
- 2 Tbsp raw organic honey
- ⅛ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
Instructions
- Simply combine ingredients in a tight lid mason jar and give it a good shake.
Notes
If you like spicy, substitute chili pepper vinegar for the raw pineapple vinegar.
For sweeteners, you can substitute 6 drops of liquid stevia for the honey.
For oils, extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil works well too.
This recipe plus 1 tbsp of Italian flat leaf parsley and 1 tsp of dried oregano make a delicious Italian dressing!
