Ingredients
- ½ cup low sodium organic vegetable broth
- 1 lb halibut
- 1 lemon Juiced.
- 1 tbsp red onion Chopped.
- 1 clove fresh garlic Minced.
- ¼ tsp fresh ginger
- ¼ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- to taste ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat up the broth to a simmer in a small pan that has a secure cover.
- Add fish, lemon juice, onion, garlic, and seasonings to the pan.
- Cover and cook halibut in the simmering broth for 5-10 minutes until fish is tender when prodded with a fork and cooked through.
- You can also wrap ingredients in aluminum foil, close tightly, and bake at 350° F for 10-15 minutes.
