Queen Bee Acai Bowl

Level 2 Day 26 and onward after successful reintroduction of acai, banana, and almond milk

Ingredients

  • 2 Packets acai puree
  • 2 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk substitute unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 8 oz tart cherries - no sugar added Frozen. Substitute tart cherry juice
  • 3 Tbsp cacao powder
  • to taste optional toppings Bee Pollen, Coconut flakes, Pomegranate seeds.

Instructions

  • Blend the acai puree with the milk, frozen banana, cherries, and cacao powder to make a nice thick smoothie.
  • The liquid should just barely cover the frozen fruits.
  • Top with your favorite toppings! Enjoy!
