Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries Frozen
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 scoop Lyte Up
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender or with a food processor.
