Ingredients
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 cloves garlic Thinly sliced.
- 2 cups Swiss chard Roughly chopped.
- 2 cups spinach
- ¼ lemon Juiced.
- ⅛ tsp Himalayan pink sea
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil and sautée garlic in a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat until garlic begins to turn golden (about 3 minutes).
- Place greens and salt into the skillet. Using tongs, turn greens until wilted enough to fit in the pan.
- Raise heat to medium and cover. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, occasionally tossing.
- Transfer greens to a colander to drain. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving. Enjoy!
