Ingredients
- 1 lb mixed seafood Any combination of shrimp, scallops, lobster, mussels, or white fish.
- 1 clove fresh garlic Chopped.
- ¼ cup low sodium organic fish stock Can substitute vegetable stock.
- 2 large Roma tomatoes Chopped. Substitute cherry tomatoes.
- ⅛ tsp celery seed
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp cayenne
- ½ tsp paprika
- 5 drops liquid stevia
- ¼ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- to taste ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cook seafood with garlic in stock over medium heat until lightly browned.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
- This is a great recipe to double and freeze to serve the next day.
