Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic Minced.
- ¼ cup low sodium organic vegetable broth
- 1 lb extra large (26/30) shrimp Peeled except the tail and deveined.
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp chili powder
- ⅛ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- to taste ground black pepper
Instructions
- Over medium heat, sautée garlic in 2 Tbsp vegetable broth for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and all remaining ingredients.
- Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until it is pink and liquid is reduced.
- Serve hot or cold with a salad, or on a bed of spinach or kale, or spiralized zucchini or cucumber.
