Superfood Chocolate Milk

  • 16 oz homemade nut milk
  • 3 Tbsp raw organic cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp raw organic honey Or substitute 5 pitted dates.
  • 1 tsp maca root powder
  • 1 scoop Betr Protein
  • 3 Tbsp sacha inchi seeds Optional.


  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth.


Health Coach Tip: 
Maca root is a Peruvian superfood for boosting stamina and energy levels. Sacha Inchi seeds have a taste similar to peanut butter, as they are called a jungle peanut! They are high in protein and great for a post work out pick me up. They can be found on Amazon or at Whole Foods.
