Ingredients
- 1 lb organic chicken breasts Boneless, skinless
Dressing
- 3 leaves fresh basil
- ½ bunch fresh coriander
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp liquid aminos
- ¼ cup water
- ½ orange
- 1 Tbsp orange zest
- ⅛ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger Minced.
- 1 Tbsp low sodium organic beef broth
Salad Options
- 2 cups Cabbage Shredded.
- 1 tomato Chopped.
- ¼ cucumber Diced.
- to taste fresh coriander
Instructions
- Combine dressing ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.
- Pour over the chicken and bake at 375° F for 20 to 35 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken. Internal temperature should be 160° - 170° F.
- Prep, toss, and plate salad.
- Add chicken to salad and serve. Enjoy!
