Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh mango diced
- ½ cup red onion diced
- 1 Tbsp fresh jalapeno diced
- ½ fresh lemon juiced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 small avocado pitted and diced
- 1 sprig fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Combine mango, onion, jalapeno, lemon and garlic in a large bowl and toss.
- Just before serving, gently mix in the avocado and garnish with cilantro.
