Breakfast: The Morning “Fast”

Why waiting to eat in the mornings optimizes results.

The longest purification cycle occurs overnight. Extending the cycle a few hours in the morning will maximize your results. As you begin to burn stored body fat hunger will fade making it easy to have your morning fruit as your first meal of the day.  Other important factors that help facilitate fat burning overnight is having your last meal fully digested a few hours before bedtime and that sleep is sound and uninterrupted. If sleep patterns are irregular,  taking the adrenal cocktail an hour before bedtime can help nourish and relax the adrenal glands allowing for a deeper sleep.
