Excited to improve my health and weight!
I am anxious and apprehensive to start. I have lost 100lbs 2x in the last 7yrs but never with my gut being the focus. Recently, the headaches and chronic bloating and pain have just become too much. I’m not a huge techie so I’m hoping the app is easy to use. I’ve read some of the community posts. It’s all new to me to work a program with others so I’m excited to have the support and to be support for others.

My goal for this year is 50 lbs. I have more to lose than that, but want an obtainable goal. Let’s do this together!

I am so excited about this new journey. I started earlier to practice eating healthy. My official start date is Aug. 2, 2021. I’m feeling grateful this program is available. 😊
My start date is August 2nd. I’m not much for all the “app” stuff but will certainly try!

I’m glad to see I am not alone when it comes to the tech stuff. I don’t social media, share pictures, or do much more with my phone than use it to talk to people. Because it’s a PHONE. But I must admit the app makes it easy to take a picture of my meal and upload automatically. I think I will learn about food , health , and technology too. Finally, something that will work because I will have the tools. The recipes look fantastic. anxious to get started and try some. Aug. 2nd my start date too.

Have tried a lot of eating plans, but have not ever thought about gut health! I’m hoping this is what I finally need, have quite a bit to lose to get to a HEALTHY weight, beginning my journey!
Trying to figure this program out. Getting started is the hardest part. Looking forward to seeing a change.
I like to cook main dishes, and the recipes look really good! I plan to augment my husband’s dinners with a starch, but that should be the only adjustment I will need to make to keep him happy. Can’t wait to start!
Off to the grocery store so I can food prep tonight! I start the program tomorrow morning.

I’m excited to start. Lots of good information I wished I knew years ago. I start the end of September but have started to eliminate some of the foods.
I have started and stopped so many diets over my lifetime. I know I need to make some changes and get healthy! I am 51 and was unable to get pregnant but at 44 had my first baby! I have a 7 year old and want to be around for him but also be in good health so I can see him grown!!
I feel very committed in this moment and really want work it!
Super excited to get started! Down 60 pounds, ready to lose my last 40 with the betr program. Have my first meeting with my coach scheduled for next Monday, but starting today on the diet 🙂 We got this!

I had already lost 25 pounds the last few months but still had digestion issues when the opportunity to join this program came along. Official start tomorrow but have been doing it the last week and feeling so much betr already! Very exciting…

I have been eating low carb for about a year already so this plan feels familiar and healthy. With my coach and all these tools, I am hoping to stay on track to get off my BP meds.
Excited to improve my quality of life and feel better
Accountability is key. Looking forward to learning as much as I can about nutrition and how it affects our bodies and certain health conditions and inflammation.
