Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato

- 1 egg Fried.
- 1 avocado Sliced
- 6 leaves fresh basil

- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp raw cacao

- 1 Tbsp tahini
- ½ cup goji berries
The Guac Attack - Mash avocado and mix with all other ingredients.
- 1 avocado Sliced.
- 1 Tbsp yellow onion Minced.
- ¼ tomato Chopped.
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp cayenne Optional
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven or toaster oven to 400° F.
- Cut sweet potato in half horizontally. Place each half cut side down and then slice to make ¼" thick "toast" slices.
- Bake potato slices for 10 minutes.
