Ingredients
- 2 slices Ezekiel bread
- 2 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Betr Whey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg or cloves
- 5 drops liquid stevia (Optional)
- 1 tsp almond or vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat skillet to medium high, spray with coconut oil.
- Whisk eggs, milk, protein powder, spices, stevia, and extract.
- Slice bread into sticks and soak them in the egg mixture, coating on all sides, before placing in the skillet.
- Saute until golden brown, about 30 to 45 seconds on each of the four sides of the toast sticks.
- Jump for joy because this is actually healthy for you!
