Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast meat Cooked and cut into bite sized pieces.
  • 2 stalks celery Finely chopped.
  • 4 tsp red onion Minced.
  • 3 Tbsp low sodium organic chicken stock
  • 4 drops liquid stevia
  • ½ tsp celery salt
  • 1 dash Dash of mustard, pepper, cayenne, apple cider vinegar whatever herbs you like – all to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Serve chilled over organic salad greens.
