low sodium organic vegetable broth

lb
halibut
1
lemon
Juiced.

tbsp
red onion
Chopped.

clove
fresh garlic
Minced.

fresh ginger

Himalayan pink sea salt
to taste
ground black pepper
Instructions
Heat up the broth to a simmer in a small pan that has a secure cover.
Add fish, lemon juice, onion, garlic, and seasonings to the pan.
Cover and cook halibut in the simmering broth for 5-10 minutes until fish is tender when prodded with a fork and cooked through.
You can also wrap ingredients in aluminum foil, close tightly, and bake at 350° F for 10-15 minutes.
