organic grass fed extra lean beef steak
Tenderloin or top sirloin.

red bell pepper
Sliced.

green bell pepper
Sliced.

onion

You dont technically need any specific ingredient amounts because you can tailor it to however much you eat. Enjoy!
Instructions
Cut beef into ¼ inch thick strips. Pre-heat skillet, and cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until slightly pink.
In a separate pan, saute the peppers and sliced onions with seasonings until they are cooked but still slightly firm.
Lay out the steak strips and place the cooked veggies perpendicular on them. Then, roll up the steak, and use a toothpick to secure.
I you have successfully reintroduced avocados, top with Betr Protein Guac.
