rotisserie chicken
Shredded, skin removed.

granny smith apple (or other tart variety)
Diced.

medium
red onion
Diced.

celery

fresh garlic

curry powder

fresh lemon juice

Himalayan pink sea salt

organic greens
Substitute 3-4 large romaine or bibb lettuce leaves for wraps.
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except organic greens, in a bowl and mix well.
Serve over a bed of organic greens or wrapped in romaine or bibb lettuce.
