OR salsa - low sodium, no added sugar.

chicken breasts, tenders or thighs
Skinless (frozen or thawed).

fresh organic spinach

bell peppers
Sliced.

lime
Sliced.
to taste
fresh cilantro
Garnish.
Instructions
Dump salsa and raw chicken in a Crock-pot.
Cook on high for 3 hours, or low for 4 to 5 hours.
Serve over a handful of spinach per plate.
Garnish with fresh bell peppers, lime, and cilantro.
