Thai Twist Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb organic chicken breasts Boneless, skinless

Dressing

  • 3 leaves fresh basil
  • ½ bunch fresh coriander
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp liquid aminos
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ orange
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger Minced.
  • 1 Tbsp low sodium organic beef broth

Salad Options

  • 2 cups Cabbage Shredded.
  • 1 tomato Chopped.
  • ¼ cucumber Diced.
  • to taste fresh coriander

Instructions

  • Combine dressing ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.
  • Pour over the chicken and bake at 375° F for 20 to 35 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken. Internal temperature should be 160° - 170° F.
  • Prep, toss, and plate salad.
  • Add chicken to salad and serve. Enjoy!
