Spiralized and patted dry on paper towels.

cilantro

red pepper flakes
Instructions
In a pan, heat oil on medium and add garlic, stirring for a minute.
Add in cherry tomatoes, onions, scallops, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, turning Scallops halfway through.
Add the zucchini "noodles" to the pan, cover and cook for another 3 minutes.
Give one last stir to the contents of the pan, add cilantro and red pepper flakes, and serve.
