extra large (26/30) shrimp
Peeled except the tail and deveined.

Himalayan pink sea salt
to taste
ground black pepper
Instructions
Over medium heat, sautée garlic in 2 Tbsp vegetable broth for 1 minute.
Add shrimp and all remaining ingredients.
Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until it is pink and liquid is reduced.
Serve hot or cold with a salad, or on a bed of spinach or kale, or spiralized zucchini or cucumber.
