shrimp
Peeled and deveined.
2
cloves
fresh garlic
Minced.
1
tsp
fresh ginger
Minced.
1
bunch
asparagus
Trimmed and cut into 2" pieces.
to taste
Bragg liquid aminos or Bragg apple cider vinegar
Optional.
⅛
tsp
Himalayan pink sea salt
to taste
ground black pepper
Instructions
Add shrimp, garlic, and ginger to a preheated, nonstick pan over medium high heat.
Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
If needed, add small amount of water.
Remove shrimp from pan and add asparagus.
Add liquid aminos, salt and pepper.
Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
Add shrimp back to pan and heat for 1 additional minute. Serve.
