Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber Sliced.
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red onion Minced.
  • to taste Stevia

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together, marinate for 15 minutes or more (best if left overnight), and serve chilled. Enjoy!
