Instructions
For the dressing, mix tahini, lemon juice, garlic and amino acids in a food processor. Slowly add water until you get the consistency you want.
It’s great to have it drizzle over a salad. It thickens in the fridge.
Toss all slaw ingredients in a bowl or sealable bag.
Add dressing to slaw and mix to coat evenly. Alternatively, serve slaw as is and drizzle dressing over the top.

This is great for energy loading for level 2 and level 3! Adding creamy and vitamin rich tahini to your salads is a fun way to enjoy your salads! If you make salad jars, layer your tahini in first, then tomatoes, cabbage, kale, sprouts and seeds.
