Instructions
In a food processor pulse the Yahuda Matzo-style squares into a fine bread crumb consistency.
Season the chicken with salt, fresh ground pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Dip the chicken tenders into the beaten egg and then into the matzo crumbs and coat thoroughly.
Air Fry (or bake) at 400° for 14 minutes for thinner tenders, and 18 minutes for thicker tenders.
For extra flavor add some additional seasonings on the Level 1 Ingredients list into the matzo crumbs so the chicken and the crunchy outside are extra seasoned!
