romaine lettuce
washed and chopped

organic edamame
boiled per package instructions and shelled

eggs
hard boiled and diced

avocado
diced

radishes
thinly sliced and cut into half moons

Persian cucumbers (or 1 regular cucumber)
thinly sliced and cut into half moons
5-6
cherry tomatoes
cut into quarters
to taste
Himalayan pink sea salt
to taste
black pepper
freshly ground
Betr ranch dressing
optional
Instructions
Construct salad and drizzle dressing (if used) on top. Alternatively, throw ingredients together in a bowl and toss with dressing to coat evenly.
Top with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate any leftovers, preferably in a mason jar.
