Betr Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup liquid aminos
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp dried parsley flakes
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder (or 1-2 cloves fresh garlic - minced)
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 5 chicken breasts organic, boneless, skinless

Instructions

  • Whisk vinegar, aminos, and oil together with all the seasonings and pour into a large ziplock bag.
  • Add chicken breasts to the bag, seal, and massage to coat all chicken pieces evenly.
  • Refrigerate overnight or at least for 4 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-low and lightly oil the grate.
  • Drain chicken, discard marinade, and cook on grill - turning mid-way - until no longer pink in the center (4 to 5 minutes per side).

Notes

If desired, you can serve over greens with tomatoes on top for a chicken salad as shown in the photo.
