1lbfresh organic green beansWashed, Trimmed, completely drained.
1Tbspextra virgin olive oil
1organic lemonZested and juiced.
3clovesfresh garlicMinced or chopped.
¼tspHimalayan pink sea salt
to tastefreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Toss all ingredients in a bowl or ziplock bag, ensuring that the beans are well and evenly coated. If using a bowl, your hands work best. If using a ziplock, massage the bag to achieve the desired result.
Let the beans rest for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to absorb a bit.
While the beans are resting, line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the beans out evenly on the parchment paper and roast on the middle rack of the oven for 15 minutes, stirring half way through the cooking time.
