zucchini
Spiralized.

carrots
Spiralized.

fresh parsley or microgreens
Loosely chopped for garnish.
Sauce

large
avocado
Peeled, pitted and quartered to fit into food processor.
1
cucumber
Peeled and sliced to fit into food processor.

fresh lemon
Juiced
3
cloves
fresh garlic
Minced.
½ to 1
tsp
Himalayan pink sea salt
½
tsp
ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine avocado, cucumber, lemon, and garlic in a food processor and puree. Sauce should be smooth.
Add salt and pepper and blend one more time to ensure it is all incorporated.
Place noodles in a large bowl and toss with sauce to evenly coat.
Top with garnish and serve immediately.
