Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
In a large bowl, add all batter ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Grease a donut pan with coconut oil and pour in batter, or the recipe can be made in 2 oven-safe mugs. Bake for 6 to 7. minutes. If you are baking in mugs, bake for 10 to 15 minutes depending on how big the mugs are. The donuts will be done when a toothpick is stuck in and comes out clean.
While the donut is baking, mix icing ingredients together in a bowl.
